After several years of impatience with the missing conversations of what performance does and why it matters, I’ve decided to take a stab it at myself. Who am I to make claims that performance is about anything? Isn’t performance just an experience that washes over you like waves upon the shore? Lest we forget that even the rocks have been softened by the steady gush of water over their surface or that one can also be viciously ripped into the depths by a terrible wave. It’s important to understand the flow.
